Bazarus provides software that allows users to publish listings, discover items and communicate with other users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bazarus is not the seller, buyer, owner or manufacturer of items listed by users and is not a party to agreements made directly between marketplace users.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account and using the service only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to access another user's account, bypass security controls, interfere with the service or misuse marketplace communication features.

Listings must be accurate, lawful and submitted only when you have the right to offer the relevant item or content.

You are responsible for listing descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, condition, ownership claims and other information you publish.

You must not use Bazarus for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful goods or services, malicious content, attempts to evade moderation, automated abuse or activity that infringes the rights of another person.

Users are responsible for evaluating listings and counterparties before completing a transaction. Exercise appropriate care when communicating, meeting another user, transferring an item or making any payment outside Bazarus.

Bazarus does not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that an item remains available or that another user will complete a proposed transaction.

Marketplace messaging must be used respectfully and for legitimate marketplace purposes. Blocking and reporting tools may be available to help users manage unwanted interactions.

Bazarus may review reports and may restrict listings, messaging or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the marketplace, investigate abuse or enforce platform rules.

You remain responsible for content you submit. You must have the rights required to upload and display photographs, text and other material through the service.

Bazarus may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical incidents. Features may change as the service develops; uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Users may be able to delete their own accounts through the account area. Bazarus may also suspend access where platform protections or moderation rules require it.

Liability provisions, governing-law provisions, jurisdiction, operator identification and other legally required information must be reviewed and finalized before Bazarus is publicly launched as a production service.
